-If there is a need to receive the photos earlier than the timeframe specified by the photographer, an additional fee will apply depending on the requested deadline and the photographer’s current workload
-If the photos are intended for commercial use — such as in catalogs, magazines, posters, press, etc. — it is necessary to agree on the terms of the commercial shoot with the photographer in advance. Otherwise, such use will be considered a copyright infringement.
